$4 billion investment to Turkey with 52 projects

Mentioning a decision on the launch of 52 new projects in Turkey, President of the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey (Investment Office) Ahmet Burak Dağlıoğlu added, ''The projects originate from 17 different countries, from the USA, Germany, Turkey, Spain, the Netherlands, and India in particular. The total investment value of these projects is approximately $4 billion.''

Istanbul has been placed on 27th of the line in Europe while proceeding 40 lines and being placed on 44th in the world’s 424 congress cities in last year. Istanbul Chamber of Commerce President Şekib Avdagiç, says that “The more than 6 international meeting with a thousand participants at least which will be organised on this year in Istanbul has been postponed because of the Covid-19. We are working on a new congress and meeting schedule for 2021 and our first target is to be placed on first 20 in the line.”

Online Shopping Is Done with More Than 3 Million Credit Cards for the First Time

Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ICOC) President Şekib Avdagiç says that there is no problem about the point of Turkey’s internal e-commerce and that “We should arrive at a place in terms of cross-border e-commerce on next term. When we look at the month of April, online shopping has been done for the first time with the more than 3 million credit cards which have never done any shopping at e-commerce up to now”.
